Craig M. Witherell

Attorney Craig Witherell has been with Dixon Hayes Witherell & Ward since 2011.  His practice primarily focuses on Business and Transactional Law, Real Estate, Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Estate Planning.  He regularly represents clients at trial in various counties and municipalities and also serves as Guardian ad Litem to protect the best interests of children in divorce and custody cases.

After growing up in Toledo and attending St. John’s Jesuit High School, Craig obtained his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctorate from the Ohio State University, where he was Managing Editor of the Ohio State Law Journal.

Craig serves on the Board of Directors of the Toledo Bar Association and is a Past-President of the Lucas County Bar Association.  He previously chaired the Toledo Bar Association’s Young Lawyer and Domestic Relations Committees.  Craig also serves on the Board of Directors of Diabetes Youth Services.

Craig was the 2018 recipient of the Trustees’ Award from the Toledo Bar Association.  Additionally, he has twice authored articles published in the Toledo Bar Association’s publication, TBA NEWS.
