Randy Dixon has been a Toledo attorney for over 40 years. He graduated with honors from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1980. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toledo in 1975. He is well known as a consumer attorney.

Randy is a third-generation West Toledo attorney, practicing in both Ohio and Michigan. Randy’s father, Robert B. Dixon, actively practiced for more than 60 years. Besides consumer protection, Randy’s practice includes residential real estate, estate planning, and trust and estate administration.

Randy is Past President of the Toledo Bar Association, and has served as a member of its Board of Directors. He is also Past President of both the Lucas County Bar Association and the University of Toledo College of Law Alumni Association. He was elected three times to the Lucas County Educational Service Center Governing Board. He teaches Consumer Law at the University of Toledo College of Law, is a charter member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and has presented at NACA’s Annual Convention. Randy has also testified before the Ohio State Legislature on the Lemon Law and other consumer laws.
