Andrea became a partner with Dixon Hayes Witherell & Ward in 2024. She has been with the firm since 2013 starting her career as the firm’s court runner and law clerk while earning her Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law. She graduated with honors in 2015, passed the Ohio Bar and became an associate later that year.
Her practice primarily focuses on Estates, Trust Administration, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Guardian ad Litem cases and Guardianships. Andrea works closely with Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children (CASA). She is very compassionate when it comes to children and their well-being. She also cares about those who cannot advocate for themselves.
While in law school Andrea was a member of Moot Court and a Chairman for UT’s Fornoff Committee. She interned at the Lucas County Probate Court and with the Pro Bono director at the Toledo Bar Association. She also worked as a clerk at the Toledo Municipal Court handling Small Claims and Evictions.
Andrea is currently a member of the Toledo Bar Association, the Young Lawyer Committee and is actively involved in the local legal community.
In her free time Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband, children and dogs. She also enjoys gardening.
