Jill Hayes is well known within the Toledo legal community for her work in the area of Family Law. Jill handles a wide range of legal matters, but has focused her practice largely in the area of Family Law. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of divorce, dissolution, custody, paternity, adoptions, and reproductive law.
Jill received her undergraduate degree in Social Work from the Ohio State University and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo. Jill is very active and well respected within the legal community. She has presented numerous times on the areas of adoption and divorce and is a Past President of the Lucas County Bar Association and University of Toledo Law Affliate.
Jill has been a member of the University of Toledo College of Law Board of Governors and Executive Committee. She is a past member of the Citizens Review Board for the Lucas County Juvenile Court and has received an Award for Excellence for her service. She is a former chairman of the Toledo Bar Association Domestic Relations Court Committee and has sat on the Grievance Investigation Committee. She is currently Chair of the Toledo Bar Association Fee Arbitration Committee. She has also been honored with a Fee Arbitration Commendation Award from the Toledo Bar Association.
